4th Anniversary & few updates.

22nd Dec 2007 ~ 2011.

It's our 4th Anniversary!

No picture this year because we didn't got the chance to celebrate it.
The kids are unwell.
Hopefully they will get better soon.

I got a PC as my anniversary gift.

The best gift ever!
Both my laptops are dying and I have been online using my phone since the last few months.
That explain why I didn't even bother about the spider webs building up in this diary of mine. Truly sorry dear..

Teddy just got back from China last month
and he'd been assigned to Sweden 2 weeks later for another vehicle test.
He's been there for 3 weeks and got back here last Sunday.

While he was away..
I gathered lots of pictures of the kids..
and put it in an album ~ 3 weeks without daddy.

28th Nov 2010 ~ 2011.

It has been a year we live here!
Our sweet little casa.
I am glad we are finally home.
It was dusty and wild grass is growing rapidly between the pebbles outside.
I didn't dare to check out the lawn behind our house as it is now starting to look like a jungle.

..UPDATES ON LITTLE LOTUS

She's 9 months old now.

Jumpy, active little girl ..
and she never fails to melt my heart
every time she put a smile on that pretty little face.

She crawls every where.
Mouth every things..
and freaks out when she didn't see me.

Yesterday I just found out her 1st tooth has just popped out!

..UPDATES ON TEDDY JR.

He is certainly a fine young man now.
A caring big brother.
His vocab is getting better and can communicate clearly now.
Malay is his 1st language and I still need to teach him English words.
He can counts until 10 and recognize letters in image form.
Eg : He saw 'SAMSUNG' advertising and suddenly he said that is Mommy's phone!

Being more independent by days
and started to gain more confidence.
He started to build friendships and that really made me proud of him.
I used to be so worried that he will always be under my arms,
scared to stand on his own.
He proves me wrong, big time!

Phew..
My blog is finally updated.
Via new pc.. of course.
Thanks my dear Teddy.
We love you so much.

3rd Anniversary celebration

We didn't go anywhere special this year.
We were living in a hectic life lately due to this 'moving in' issue.
Lots of things to be considered including our financial, time and energy.

..but somehow, as agreed 3 years before,
we will celebrate our big day every year.

The cake - our favourite, Blueberry cheesecake.
(I've put the picture in one of my previous post.)
Teddy loves blueberry and I love cheese.
It's a perfect combination of us.

We did something that we used to love - karaoke!
As long as I can remember,
we didn't have a chance to do that after we got married.
..so, it's more than 3 years
we didn't have a blast singing our heart out like that.

Eating out session - The Big Plate restaurant, Shah Alam.
I had something very high in cholesterol, Kambing Banting to satisfy my lust.
Grilled chicken for Teddy and fish and chips for Teddy Jr.

Kambing Banting

Grilled chicken

Fish and chips

3rd Anniversary

22 December 2007 ~ 2010

Happy 3rd Anniversary to us.

To my dearest hubby,

There are no perfect word to describe..

how much I thank you
for always being there for me.

how much I adore you
for just being yourself.

how much I love you
for no reason at all.

I hope we can grow old together
and still walking hand in hand,
and share smiles and jokes
until the end of time.

2nd Anniversary series - Part 4

This anniversary entry might be too long to read but..
I want it to be complete as I never want to forget it

I don't want it to be just like the one I wrote
about our London trip

..it was like..

"What??! That's all I have to write after spending some GREAT time there?"

It's one of my favourite journey as I finally manage to capture one of my childhood dream to be there.
Not good. I might forget few important little details that made it so special.

..so, this is it. Few series of unforgettable journey that I put into words and pictures.

Sila la baca sampai muntah.

.The Room.

Overall.. spacious and comfy

except for cleanliness at some place has been taken for granted.
Our verandah was dusty!
..but I don't mind that as long as the bedroom and toilet are well-maintained.

You got to choose either to have the mountainside or Market Square view

We got the mountainside view
which is great since we got a baby

Market square is more happening but the loud noise
which come from the club nearby won't let my baby sleep peacefully

Front desk & room service : 2 thumbs up

.The Foods.

Starter : Smoked salmon salad (RM22++)

Main course : Grilled beef with chips (RM18++)

Simple yet delicious.

Costly? Yes, absolutely.
We got no choice.

Here is a reminder for you who plan to go there..

Bring your own food
if you are afraid to spent more than RM35 per person.
There is no McD of KFC or even cheap food stalls there

Buffet dinner was RM55 per person
A humble cup of tea can cost you RM8

Luckily
The breakfast was superb!!
Variety of foods to choose from Cheese to nasi lemak

.The Environment.

One of the reason we went there was
to feel the nice, cold high altitude climate
somehow I felt a bit dissappointed
because it wasn't feel that way

Global warming might be culprit to cause that

so.. say no to plastic bags on Saturday!!
( tiba-tiba je kan? )

It's weird to see those people with their cardigan and sweater
maybe they want to 'look cool' in their pictures
hehe

Here are some of my favourite pictures
..owh, I'm not done yet.
More reviews to come after this

Forgot to mention something
If you really want to take good pictures
Please don't come during peak season
You'll end up frustrated to see someone else in your background

Us there..

I looked fat

.I know.

need to do something about that..

p/s: My Little Dynamo is down with fever. Hopefully he'll get well soon. It's really heart-wrenching view to see your loved one in pain. Mommy loves you, my dear..

2nd Anniversary series - Part 1

On our Anniversary night
(22nd December 2009),
we had our dinner at Look Out Point, Ampang

That place was special to us
as we used to go there to see the beautiful KL's night view

We even celebrated 2008 new years celebration there
We saw several fireworks scattered around KLCC when the clock touch 12
Great view from up there

View from our table

Fish fingers for starter (RM11 ++)

Grilled salmon with pasta for Teddy (RM21 ++)

Sizzling BBQ Steak for me (RM 19++)

I always love to dine there

The foods were marvellous
The view was breathtaking
The services were great

but what made it extra special was
to share it with the ones I love the most

1st Anniversary & others

I hate to skip my stories but laziness seems like celebrating its victory. I don't want to forget any important details of my life, especially all the interesting journey through out this year. It's almost new year 2009 but my story is still 'hanging' around September 2008.

Let me just highlight some important details and summarize it into photo blogging. Easier for me to remember. Hey, photo speaks louder than words right?

15 September 2008

Our last day in the UK

16 September 2008

1 day transit in Dubai. Hot + burning + exhausting day since we're fasting that time.

1~4 October 2008.

Aidilfitri 2008

No new baju kurung for me. I'm having a hard time struggling to wear the clothes that fit my growing baby bump. I end up borrowing my mother's loose baju kurung.

Did you watch me in Majalah 3 for Raya edition? I didn't. It was aired on the 4th day of raya, 4th October 2008. Click here for online version. (Majalah 3/episode 39/4 Oktober 08 - part 3). Unfortunately, you have to register first to watch it. Don't click the link if you are not motivated to do so.

Not only that, our picture was also out in the paper, Utusan Malaysia for the 'Salam Perantauan' section. hahaha.. Gila glamour right? Click here to see it.

2, 11 and 18 October 2008

Congratulations to the newly wed couples..

My dear childhood friend ~ Yati & Jebid (2 October 2008). She was so gorgeous that day and have my eyes green with jealousy on her pretty wedding dress. With that slim figure, she can absolutely wears anything and still look amazing with or without make up.

My beloved friend, Ayuni & Zaki (used to be my ex. hurmm?? hehe..) on the 11th of October 2008. Yes, we have a very unique and special relationship. We were big-time enemies at first but then became closer as we knew each other. How can you hate a person with a lovely character like hers? Trust me, you can't.

My cute panda lovers friend, Rudiah & partner (sorry dear, I didn't remember your hubby's name) on 18 October 2008. She needs to believe me that she looks sweeter without the specs and no dear.. your face didn't look 'tembam' at all without them.

15 November 2008

Finally, a new home! We rent a small apartment somewhere in Puchong. At first we plan to buy a perfect & cozy house for our small family but after considering the downtime of the world economy now, we postpone it for next time.

Thanks to A'an, Angah & Lily for visiting us at our new home. (20 December 2008)

......

..Other important updates..

The nyanyaw(s)

They are more happier and healthy under my mom's supervision. My mom really loves them and they have become a part of our family.

Our little one

pregnant

It's time for a countdown.. We are doing well. I'm lucky that I don't have any swollen feet or waddling my way through out the street. Back pain is common but not so torturing. I can still bear with it. Itchiness and stretch mark are the biggest problems. I have used up bottles of lotions, cocoa butters and baby oils but still can't really solve the problems. I just have to pray for God to have more mercy on my skin.

Pregnancy is a beautiful moment in life. It might occurs few times for the lucky ones but we will never know when or how. Since I can't freeze the time, I want to do something to capture this moment as a part of my journey through life's souvenir. I wanted to do a 3D or 4D scan but it's already too late. It must been done before week 32 or it will be almost impossible to view the baby since it's got too big and cramping your tummy. Another choice is making a belly casting but I'm not sure about this idea since I will find it disturbing and catching dust at home. I prefer a simple, modern home with less deco. No flowers or big, carved furniture.

The perfect solution is doing home made pregnancy portraits. Home studio. No DSLR or any special lighting effect. I'm more than satisfied and happy with the results.

..The Marriage..

Yesterday was our 1st Anniversary!

We have a romantic candle light dinner at home and Teddy bought a lovely bouquet of flowers for me.

(22 December '07~22 December '08)

To my beloved hubby @ Teddy..

Thank you for always being there for me

.. and always telling me how beautiful I am
.. and telling me the girl next to our table is fatter than me
(even though I know mostly it's a lie)

.. and open up the car's window quickly when you fart
.. and comfort me with your smiles
.. and hug me when I'm cold
.. and stand up my cooking
.. and laugh at my stupid jokes
.. and picking up the rubbish
.. and do the laundry
.. and kiss me at my forehead every night before I fall asleep
.. and make me happy everyday
.. and etc. etc. etc.

.. and I'm glad you are my husband. I love you so much!!

Happy 1st Anniversary..
