5 months old - Elise

My Little Lotus, Elise is 5 months old today.

Weight : 6.6kg

(I told you she lost some weight..)

Milestone:

- rolls over back and forth.

- moves forward and backward.

-starts to lift her butt and shoulder to crawl.

- this mommy's little girl has separation anxiety when I'm not around.

- mouth everything within reach.

- recognizes her name.

It's been a while I didn't blog about Teddy Jr.

The biggest 'baby achievements' seems over after he started his first step.

Actually no. That is not the case.

He grew so fast and his brains develops rapidly.

Too much achievements for me to record.

His speech abilities seems getting better that he now can have a conversation over the phone.

My Teddy Jr. always make me proud.

He is a great and loving little brother.

He will not do anything that make his sister hurt.

Now our little casa always filled with laughter.

Sometimes with shouting then followed with loud crying.

Happening. Made me 'pening'.. hehe..

but that made my heart always warm with people I love.

Kuantan (part 4 - final)

As promised.. here I am, blogging about the final part of our trip.

Last picture before check out hotel.

After check out, we went for a walk at Kuantan riverside.

Then we head to Ayuni's new crib.
It was cosy and lovely. Simple with modern design.
I love it!

Did I just said 'my ex'? hehe.. Yes, it's true. Sorry for hiding this from you, my dear diary. 

Somehow I think I got the talent to erase any sort of my bad memories.

I kept it away at the deepest place and not within reach.

It happened so long ago. Now he's no more than my best friend's husband.

Thanks to him I got to know Ayuni.

I love her and glad that she is one of my BFF.

She's the one that stay by my side during my ups and down.

At first it all started with hatred and lots of tears being shed.

..but later on I began to accept that things happen for a reason.

I learned a lot and started to bounce back.

After all, I consider myself very lucky

to find someone like Teddy to love me for the rest of my life.

Sometimes..

You just need to kiss a few wrong frogs before you find the one that will turned out to be your prince charming. 

See? My life is a fairy tale. Or maybe I'm just the type that love to build castles in the air. :p

Moving forward

She's trying her best to reach the remote control.

Try harder little one! :-)

Milestone - Elise

My Little Lotus will be 5 months old next week.

She already started to 'move forward' yesterday.

Not yet crawling but that made me aware that she's now more mobile

and can't just simply put her anywhere without guardian.

She develops her own personalities now.

1. Independent - she didn't rely on me nursing her or anyone rocking her to bed. She will drift off to sleep when ever she's sleepy. 

2. Gets distracted easily. It's getting harder for me to nurse her as she move around so much now. She'll roll over to her tummy, kicks me, smiles when our eyes meet and turn her head to any sound she hear.

3. She's getting better in expressing her emotions. More laughter especially when I tickle her belly and underarms. She laughs when she saw her brother jumping around the house or playing with toy guns. I love to play the 'kissing game' with her flawless, soft cheeks and sometimes she'll try to avoid my kiss. 

4. I can see her delighted face and bright little eyes when I came near her (especially when she got cranky in her Daddy's arms). She is mommy's little girl after all.. Hehe..

5. Her weight seems to drop due to her eagerness to explore the world around her and less nursing time. She hates to be forced to nurse and will bite me if I try to. Nothing to worry since it is normal for a healthy, active baby like her. As long as I make sure she did not dehydrated and offer her to nurse more often. 

6. She sleeps on her tummy and fingers in her mouth (although I try to turn her around few times without luck and will still end up with that position). 

7. She started to grab things and will 'move forward' to things she wants. 

8. Knows her name.
